The one on one debate is over, and the winner is…Both Hilary and Obama. It was refreshing to see them both addressing themselves to the issues, rather than trying to take each other down. Yes there were jabs, but they were more cordial. It was obvious that they both felt the backlash from the people over the way they were acting in the last few weeks. One of the last questions during the debate evoked chuckles from both of them and applause from the crowd. The question was whether either of them would consider the other as a running mate, but no firm commitment was given by either one.
While these two reconciled, the other side of the isle was at each other’s throat in their Wednesday’s debate. Romney is now accusing McCain of playing dirty tricks, by accusing him of wanting a deadline for pulling out the troops. The debate included Ron Paul, and Huckabee but it seemed more like a two man show.
