Being plus size and being sexy are probably not a phrase that plus size women are very confident about saying. Not all women are a size 2, but the reality is that not all people are looking for a size 2 woman. There is someone out there for everyone, and if we just keep our eye on that, a lot of people would be much happier.
All too often unreasonable expectations of what a women should look like are being thrust on them through commercials, movies and the media as a whole. Being comfortable in our bodies is essential to being happy. People are not just a body, but also a spiritual being and if we work on that part of our lives then life will seem much brighter. Learn to love who you are, accept yourself and others will do the same. Instead of concentrating on the negative, concentrate on the positive. Instead of telling yourself “I need to lose weight”,tell yourself “I will do what it takes to stay healthy”and the weight loss will come with it, if it is meant to be, and if is not then that is OK too. Like I said before, not everyone is meant to be a size 2.
